In this episode we sat down with Bryan Hochstein, owner of Rocky Mount Burger Company & The Early Inn, to take a deep dive into the mismanagement of The Harvester Performance Center, a staple in town that operates at the starting point of the Crooked Road Music Trail. The issues plaguing the venue go far beyond neglecting local acts and ridiculous vaccine passport requirements, as you'll find out it goes much deeper. We, using public documents and FOIA requests, go over the convoluted mess of LLCs, tax loopholes, shifting of funds, lost "revenue" , unaccounted paperwork, cushy town salaries, the town ignoring their own ordinances leading to (we presume) under the table payments, tax avoidance , and more. It's a bit hard to follow but, at the least, you'll walk away with a lot more questions while demanding answers. As always we appreciate your support so please give us a follow, share, and stay tuned for our second part,
