Jaiden Rodriguez drew national attention in 2023 when he became known as "Based Backpack Kid" after he was removed from class in Colorado over a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack. At the time, and since then, he has become a huge advocate for free speech while touring the country, and meeting some of the biggest names in the conservative/liberty movement.
